They are opening a new location next week in River North: the first in the city.
It will be on North Clark Street, just north of Illinois Street.
Keenan Thanprathit, the culinary captain for new store openings, joined ABC7 Chicago Thursday to talk more about it.
He discussed what sets it apart from other fast-casual spots and how it balances "craveable" comfort food with a mission of wholesome, quality ingredients.
He also talked about the must-try items for first-time guests at the new location.
