CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WLS) -- For the third time in 10 months, a menorah at the University of Illinois has been vandalized.

Surveillance video outside of the Chabad Center for Jewish Life shows a woman breaking an arm off the menorah.
She has been arrested and charged with criminal damage to property. A man was with her at the time, but he will not be charged.
