NAPERVILLE, Ill. (WLS) -- Naperville, Ill., is one of the safest cities in the U.S. to raise a child according to home security company Safewise.
Safewise analyzed crime data, sex offender populations, graduation rates and school rankings in order to make their determinations. Naperville is ranked no. 19 and is the only Illinois city on the list.
