CHICAGO (WLS) -- The race for Illinois governor heats up as Republican candidate Bruce Rauner released a new ad Sunday in his battle to unseat opponent Pat Quinn.
Rauner introduced that new television commercial which focuses on term limits. Rauner led a petition drive for the November ballot measure calling for term limits, but courts deemed it unconstitutional.
On Friday, the Illinois Supreme Court rejected a request to consider the measure.
