CHICAGO (WLS) -- The Obama Foundation is being sued by a former employee who claims she was discriminated against due to health issues before being fired, lawsuit documents obtained by ABC7 Chicago show.

In the lawsuit, Tifphany McClinton says she suffers from many health ailments that require adjustments be made to her schedule. But she claims those changes were never put in writing and that she was pressured to show up to work more often.

McClinton says her manager did not make reasonable accommodations for doctors appointments.

She was eventually fired in 2025.
