In the lawsuit, Tifphany McClinton says she suffers from many health ailments that require adjustments be made to her schedule. But she claims those changes were never put in writing and that she was pressured to show up to work more often.
McClinton says her manager did not make reasonable accommodations for doctors appointments.
She was eventually fired in 2025.

The Obama Foundation released a statement, saying in part, "We take all employee matters seriously and are addressing this through the appropriate legal channels."
