Protesters arrested at West Loop Walmart

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A heated protest led to some arrests at a West Loop Walmart.

The group started inside the store at the checkout counters on west Monroe.

Chicago police then escorted them out.

The protesters want Walmart to either pay workers more or pay Cook County a fee to cover health care costs.

They're calling it the Responsible Business Act.

At least three protesters were detained.
