CHICAGO (WLS) -- The National Restaurant Association is hosting its annual Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show at McCormick Place May 21-24, 2016. Industry professionals are invited to see the latest food trends and technology from the best in the business. There are around 66,000 foodservice professionals in Chicago alone. With over 2,000 exhibitors, the NRA Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show offers a unique chance to learn about new products and see the future of the industry. Although the show is only available for people working in the industry, Mary Pat Heftman, Executive Vice President of the National Restaurant Association, showed ABC7 around the showroom floor.
