CHICAGO (WLS) -- Two rooftop owners filed a temporary restraining order to stop some Wrigley Field construction on Thursday.
They claim the stadium's new video boards would block their views of Cubs games, thus breaking terms of a 20-year contract agreement.
A hearing on the restraining order is scheduled for Wednesday.
