Drowning is still the leading cause of death and accidental injury to children under the age of 5. Drowning is usually silent. It takes less than 20 seconds for a drowning victim to submerge. But there are things you can do to prevent drowning:
- 1. Having adult supervision
- 2. Teaching kids how to swim
- 3. Learning CPR and First Aid
