Shedd Aquarium baby dolphin's name revealed

The baby dolphin at the Shedd Aquarium now has a name!
CHICAGO (WLS) -- The youngest Pacific white-sided dolphin at the Shedd Aquarium now has a name!

ABC7 held a contest to name the six-month-old dolphin calf. More than 3,400 people voted.

Live on ABC7 News This Morning, the baby dolphin's mother, Piquet, revealed the winning name: Makoa!

Makoa means "fearless" in Hawaiian.
