Down wire disrupts South Shore Line service

CHICAGO (WLS) -- A downed wire has disrupted service on the South Shore Line Thursday morning.

All service was stopped for a wire down on the tracks between the Hegewisch and Pullman areas. Around 9 a.m., crews were able to restore power to one track, with train service resuming with delays.



The length of the delay is not known.
