CHICAGO (WLS) -- A South Side community celebrates the opening of an upgraded park.
Mayor Rahm Emanuel attended Saturday's ribbon-cutting ceremony at Lowe Park in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
The park has added new playground equipment and expanded the field house, doubling its size and adding a new half-court basketball facility.
