MELBOURNE -- A frightening scene played out in Melbourne, Australia, this past weekend as a baby stroller rolled off a train platform and onto the tracks.
Reportedly, the child's parents were drunk at the time, though several Good Samaritans were present to help. The child sustained only minor injuries.
There is no word on whether the parents were charged with any offense.
