LAKE STATION, Ind. (WLS) -- Crews are working to repair a water main break in northwest Indiana on Tuesday evening.
Chopper 7 captured crews working at Ripley Street and Central Avenue in Lake Station.
Around 2,000 people are affected.
Once work is complete, Indiana American Water says people in the area will be put under a boil water advisory as a precaution.
