WHEELING, Ill. (WLS) -- Two people were shot, one fatally, in a shooting in Wheeling Sunday, police said.
The shooting took place at about 6:51 p.m. in the 8000-block of Capitol Drive The Mainstay Suites.
Police said two male victims were found with gunshot wounds. Both were transported to Lutheran General Hospital, where one of them died from their wounds.
The shooting is under investigation.
