CEDARBURG, WI (WLS) -- A dairy in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, has the best, and biggest, way to cool off on this hot summer day, with a giant scoop of strawberry ice cream.
Kemp's made a giant scoop to celebrate its 100th anniversary and Guinness World Records confirms it's a new world record.
The scoop weighed more than 3,010 pounds, more than 2,000 pounds heavier than the previous record.
After the official weigh-in, the ice cream was passed out to the crowd.
