Man accused of recording boy using bathroom at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg: police

SCHAUMBURG, Ill. (WLS) -- A man is accused of videotaping a juvenile in a bathroom at a north suburban mall last week.

Police said officers responded to Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg around 8:30 p.m. Friday.



Samuel Nutt, a 54-year-old Rolling Meadows man, allegedly used his cellphone to record a boy using the stall next to him.

Officers took Nutt into custody at the mall. He is now charged with unauthorized videotaping of a minor.



Nutt appeared in court on Monday and is due back in court on July 24.
