100 percent of Southland College Prep seniors accepted to college

RICHTON PARK, Ill. (WLS) -- A south suburban prep school is celebrating an impressive achievement - and it's making us Chicago Proud.

All 117 seniors at Southland College Prep in Richton Park have been accepted to college.

They celebrated at an "all-in" ceremony on Thursday, marking their school locations on a large map of the United States.

The 2017 senior class also received more than $25 million in merit-based scholarships.
