After having two kids and breaking her ankle, Dee Caswell was confined to a couch and began gaining weight. She was motivated to lose it one day when she looked in the mirror and didn't like what she saw. Dee changed her eating habits and bought a stationary bike, teaching herself certain moves to tone her body. After signing up at a gym, she was asked to be a receptionist. Other gym members began asking Dee how she was losing weight and were inspired by her so much, that it led Dee to become a certified trainer and open her own cycling studio in Oak Park.
