The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is currently looking for 10 year-old Tyron Pembrook-Hagood and his 16 year-old sister.
Police said on Sept. 17, Pembrook-Hagood and his sister pulled a gun on their father. The sister then allegedly shot the father in the back of the head, and ran away from home with Tyron in the 8700 block of Goodfellow. Police said the juveniles are not missing.
The father is still alive, but his condition is unknown at this time.
Police are also expressing the public to be cautious if they see Pembrook-Hagood or his sister. They said she is likely armed. Pembrook-Hagood is not a suspect, and police said they wish to find him to find out more about the shooting.
He is described as a black male, 4-foot-10, and 85 pounds. Tyron has brown hair and brown eyes. The descriptions of his sister are unknown at this time.
News 4 reported earlier that the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is asking for the public's help in locating Pembrook-Hagood.
Officials believe he and his sister may be in the local St. Louis area.
CrimeStoppers is also assisting the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department and taking calls about the missing boy.
