Helping teens get better sleep

CHICAGO (WLS) -- Sleep plays a vital role in shaping young lives. But the CDC says up to 70% don't get the necessary amount on a daily basis. Getting healthy amounts of sleep helps to regulate your mood and helps keeps students alert in the classroom and beyond. There are practical steps parents can take to help their teens get the sleep they need. "The Sleep Ambassador," Nancy Rothstein, visited ABC 7 Eyewitness News to talk about ways to ensure better sleep.
