CHICAGO (WLS) -- Longtime photojournalist Paul Martinez is retiring after nearly 30 years at our station.
Paul has been a memorable and key member of our news team, especially on this morning show.
Former and current staffers gathered to celebrate his remarkable career Thursday which included a special video tribute to Paul.
Some of the stories that he has covered include: Princess Diana visiting Cook County Hospital, President Obama's election, the Bulls and Blackhawks championships and many more.
We wish Paul the best in his retirement and to enjoy getting sleep and breakfast!
