A Chicago woman is making changes after caring for and witnessing her mother's devastating battle.
Phyllis Jones was recently involved in a U.S. pointer study and saw the benefits of building in exercise, changing her diet, and challenging her mind.
She is now a regular volunteer at the Alzheimer's Association in Chicago.
