CHICAGO -- It's a restaurant that has become synonymous with Chicago. Portillo's started in the 60s as a small hot dog stand in Villa Park. It has since become a billion dollar business.
Now the founder, Dick Portillo, is writing about it all in his first book "Out of the Dog House."
