The importance of vitamin D in your diet

CHICAGO (WLS) -- About 70 percent of the world's population is vitamin D deficient, even those who live in sunny climates like Florida.

In her new book, "Vitamin D is the Key," Alice Branton says vitamin D is critical to good health. A lack of Vitamin D can lead to poor immunity, digestive issues, mood disorders and more.
