CHICAGO (WLS) -- Andy Shaw, of the Better Government Association, talked with ABC7 about the eye-popping cost of the Illinois' governor's race. Apparently, incumbent Bruce Rauner is spending a huge sum to run a lengthy portion of a phone conversation between Democratic candidate JB Pritzker and disgraced former Gov. Rod Blagojevich that was recorded by the feds. The long spots are supposed to start running across the Midwest this weekend.
