Workers are trying to fix a large sinkhole on Chicago's West Side. It happened in the 2600 block of South Luther in the city's Little Village community. Officials say the hole measures 10 feet long, 10 feet wide and at least eight feet deep.

Police say it swallowed a minivan late Sunday night. It was pulled out of the crater Monday morning. No one was hurt.

Luther Street is closed from 2600 to 2700 West until crews can fill the hole.
