Students and staff may notice increased security at two schools Tuesday. At Sycamore High School, police are beefing up security after a threat of violence. It was received at a local grocery store and mentioned Tuesday's date.

Administrators at north suburban Waukegan High School are investigating text messages that circulated among students, regarding possible threats.

On Tuesday, the school will be under "code white" security. That means only visitors with scheduled appointments and a photo ID will be allowed into the buildings.
