A DuPage County jury says a priest convicted of sexually abusing three boys can not go free even though he has served his five-year prison sentence. The jury ruled that the Reverend Fred Lenczyki is too dangerous to be set free.

He is the first priest ordered to stay in a secure state facility under the Illinois Sexually Violent Persons' Act. That allows the state to keep sexual offenders in custody if they still pose a threat to society.
