Attempted child abduction reported on SW Side
CHICAGO It happened Tuesday afternoon in the 2900-block of West 47th Street.
Police say a man tried to lure teo young children into a van.
The suspect is described as a male, Hispanic, between 20 and 30 years old with a thin build, light complexion and with a scar on his left cheek.
He had black, spiked hair.
Investigators are looking for a late-model, light blue van with a large tinted window on the driver's side and a Nike decal on the tinted rear window.
Anyone with information should call Chicago police.
