Woman killed in Chicago apartment fire

CHICAGO The fire broke out around 3:30 a.m. in the 600-block of East 50th. Police say it was contained to one apartment and started in the kitchen.

The fire department says a 25-year-old woman has died. One firefighter was slightly hurt.

There has been no word on a cause.
