Two people were hurt after two semi-trucks crashed during Monday morning's rush. The accident sent steel pipes through one of the truck's front windows on the Tri-State in Thornton.

The first truck was carrying a load of steel pipes. The truck behind it slammed into the pipes.

Two people were hurt, but neither has life-threatening injuries.

The crash shut down two south-bound lanes for more than an hour.
