A Chicago attorney has been charged with bringing drugs to an inmate at the Cook County Jail. The sheriff's department says Nathan Billmaier was visiting inmate Donald Jordan when officers found marijuana and ecstasy tablets in his paperwork.

They say the lawyer got the drugs from Jordan's girlfriend, Annette Bailey. She and Jordan are also charged.

Billmaier's attorney says the drugs were hidden without his client's knowledge.
