Sho 'Am Hongry Casserole
  • 1 1/2 pounds of Ground Sirloin
  • 28 oz Stewed Tomatoes
  • 2 - 8 oz can of tomato sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
Brown ground sirloin and drain, Add remaining ingredients one at a time (stirring well after each addition.) Let simmer low for 30 minutes, stirring as necessary.
  • 12 oz of thin egg noodles (cooked to package directions)
  • 6 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 3 green onions
Mix all ingredients together and layer the bottom of a casserole dish, add a layer of meat sauce, followed by a layer of noodles, then meat sauce.

Top with your favorite cheese and place in a preheat over of 350 degrees.

Bake until the cheese melts and it begins to bubble (about 15 mins)

Serve with Garlic, French, or Italian bread and a salad.
