CHICAGO Chicago police discussed the results of what they call Operation Gateway Monday at 4th District Headquarters.

Police say the criminal activity was attributed to street gangs.

Along with the 16 arrests, five vehicles were seized. The third and fourth district police departments worked together in Operation Gateway.
