Some parents must approve a video before it airs on the "tot l-o-l" Web site.
The site is still in a beta testing phase.
"Totlol is in early testing phases and this means that at most times, most things, will work as most would expect. But sometimes, some things may not work as some would hope," it says on the homepage.
