Kenosha teen held in fatal crash

KENOSHA, Wis. In one crash Sunday morning, a police officer saw a car and two motorcycles speeding along a city street. As the officer caught up to them, the car and one of the motorcycles had crashed.

The driver of the motorcycle, 25-year-old Travis Bestwick of Kenosha, was killed. The 19-year-old driver of the car was treated for injuries and taken into custody.

A short time later, police responded to another motorcycle crash. Forty-year-old Joseph Volk of Pleasant Prairie was found lying in the street. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say speed and alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
