Revolving floors would offer residents a constantly changing view of the Persian Gulf and the skyline of the capital city. Special elevators would allow penthouse residents to park their cars inside their apartments.
Each floor will be built in an Italian factory then shipped to the site and attached to the core.
The skyscraper is expected to take just under two years to build.
