Crime Stoppers seeks help in cold case

In October 2004, David Todd and Arnett Oden were walking in the 7100 block of South Carpenter on the South Side. Two gunmen approached them from behind and shot them. Police say it may have been a robbery gone bad.

Saturday, Crime Stoppers and the victims' relatives went door-to-door handing out fliers. They're hoping someone will be brought to justice for the crimes.

"We speak about David and Arnett every day, and it brings tears to our eyes to know that at this point and time, since the incident, there hasn't been any information about who took the lives of David and Arnett," said Dianne Todd, the victim's sister.

Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case.
