Basic Ginger Aioli
Makes 1 Cup
Ingredients:
- 3.75 Cups Mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic finely minced
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate.
