Parents get 'sick' when kids go to camp

The American Camp Association says it now spends just as much time preparing parents for camp as they do the children.

Observers say "kid-sickness" it being exacerbated by the parent's ability to be in constant contact with children by cell phone or computer. Also, there's the parent's perception the world is a more dangerous place.

Psychologists say this heightened anxiety may be creating a generation of overanxious children. They add, more parents need to work at letting go.
