Sara Lee clarifying bread labels

Downers Grove-based Sara Lee has agreed to change the labeling on its "Soft and Smooth" bread to clarify how much whole grain it contains.

The new label will make it clear that it contains 30 percent whole grains.

The move is a legal settlement with a health advocacy group that threatened to sue Sara Lee over how it's promoted its Soft and Smooth bread.
