Police say he forced two victims to stop their cars by hitting them with his own car. Once the women stopped, police say, Slowinski would tried to pull one of them into his car and sexually assault them.
Both women were able to escape.
Police say Slowinski is also responsible for the sexual assault of a woman back in March.
