New information about vitamin B's ability to cut the risk of heart attacks and strokes: a Norwegian study finds the vitamins have no significant impact on heart health. More than 3,000 patients took part in the trial. It was set up because of evidence showing vitamin B lowered blood levels of a harmful amino acid linked to heart disease and stroke. But researchers say the overall risk for patients did not decline.
