Low level Labor Day travel expected

Fewer Americans will be traveling during the Labor Day holiday this year. This would be the first decline in Labor Day travel since 2006.

It comes as little surprise, but AAA attributes the decline in travel to increased gas prices and other economic concerns.

A new survey finds most Americans are planning trips closer to home.

It also found that more will travel by buses and trains as opposed to cars and airplanes.
