CHICAGO A judge gave three years of probation and community service to 46-year-old Stephen Pochina, who pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and reckless homicide. Pochina had been accused of crashing his vehicle into a Berwyn train depot in March 2006.
Station agent Kathleen Talmage, 58, was killed.
A Cook County circuit judge took into account Pocina's lack of criminality.
