Students with disabilities get supplies from Cubs wives

Wives of Cubs baseball players delivered back- to-school supplies to some in need Thursday.The goodies went to more than 36 children and young adults with disablities. Residents at Village North health facility in Rogers Park received backpacks filled with pencils, notebooks and other school supplies.

The Cubs wives group regularly organizes benefit activities all over the Chicago area.
