Family disputes 19K cell phone bill

PORTLAND, Ore. A member of the Terry family was traveling in Canada where he used a laptop with an air card to send pictures and emails.

The bill shows he used it 21 times. That activity added up to $19,370.

The Terrys of Portland, Oregon are demanding answers. They say they talked to an AT&T employee before their son took his trip and say they were told nothing about international fees.

AT&T says it is investigating the matter.
