After all, she makes many first impressions in her coat," Shapiro says. Notable trends this season are belted wools, prim and proper tweeds, and motorcycle leathers. Fashionistas will gravitate to the unexpected details of bold color, dramatic collars, exposed zippers, pleated backs, and banded bottoms.
