Authorities were still trying to figure out what caused a group of passengers aboard a United Airlines flight to become ill. The flight was headed to Los Angeles from Boston when the pilot had to make an emergency landing at O'Hare. Ten ambulances were sent to the airport.

Fire department spokesperson Richard Rosado says paramedics checked out about three dozen people. Four were taken in fair condition to a hospital. As of Thursday night, two were still hospitalized.

Sources tell ABC7 that everyone affected was from the same tour group. No food was served on board that flight.
